Came to Boston before his parents and went back to marry. Was in RI with the others he was soon back in Boston, where he led a highly useful life up to its close, shot down under flag of truce aft. successfully closing an Indian peace treat. Deputy for Boston many years. In 1670, he was Deputy for Kittery. Between him and his brother Samuel and their sister, Bridget, the blood is brilliantly represented in RI under numerous aurnames. Two of 4 children by second wife were Elisha and Edward.
