Emily E. LeBARON LAFFERTY filed for a minor`s pension on Oct. 20, 1911 for William as he had epilepsy resulting in "epileptic fits"/ William had continued to have seizures since he was four years old. Emily stated that William was feeble minded to sucn an extent that his memory was entirely gone which combined with his epilepsy renereed it unsafe to leave him alone. He is a "total mental and physical wreck and requires constant attention." He lived in Friendship in 1911
