Notes: Adopted by James W. SEGER and Nancy BUNNELL SEGER. According to family history: when he was a young boy he was found alone on the street. Nancy saw him and asked him, "Who`s boy are you?" He replied, "I`m nobody`s boy". She then asked him, "Do you want to come home & be my boy?" So he did and was eventually adopted.
